Manufacturing Capabilities
• PP board min 2mm, max 12mm with variable weight according to thickness.
•
EPE foam 0.3mm max 15mm (single layer), up to 100 mm thickness through heat bonding process.
•
EPE foam + HDPE laminate min 0.3mm.
•
PE Air Bubble of single or double wall with bubble diameter 6mm, 10mm, 25mm.
•
Other capabilities include lamination of:
• Foam + Air Bubble,
• Foam + foil,
• Foam + metallised film,
• Air Bubble +foil,
• Air Bubble + metallised film
•
Future capabilities include lamination of PP Board + Air Bubble, PP Board + Foam, PP Board + Film.
